Below are some details to help you with race preparation. This list is not definitive and is not subject to change. A much more detailed brief will be sent out in advance of the race. In the meantime contact us if you have any more questions.
When does the race take place?
25th of October. Races start at: Full marathon-8.00am, Half marathon-9am, 10k-9.15am, 5k-9.30am
Is there a limit on numbers?
There is a limit of 500 in each distance
What time and where is number pickup?
Between 2pm and 6pm on the 24th and 6.30am and 9am on the 25th. Both Occasions at the Ballinskelligs GAA clubhouse.
When does registration close?
When we reach the above numbers.
What are the race cutoff times?
5k-1 hour, 10k-1hr30mins, Half marathon- 3 hours, Full marathon-6 hours
Are the routes signposted/marshalled?
Yes.
Are there water stops?
Yes for the half and the full distance. Details of locations to be decided later.
Are there prizes on the day?
Yes, top 3 male and female in each race.
