Hardman Gap of Dunloe Full Marathon & 10-mile

This is your chance to run Ireland’s most challenging half marathon through the legendary Gap of Dunloe. With breathtaking views of Killarney’s most stunning scenery around every bend, you will hardly notice the hills. Keep in mind that what goes up must also come down.

When does the race take place?
Sunday the 20th of November. The full marathon starts at 8am with the 10 mile starting at 9am.
Is there a limit on numbers?
200 for each distance.
When does registration close?
When we reach the above total.
What time and where is number pickup?
Saturday the 19th from 5-7pm at the Portwest Store, 94 New Street, Killarney. Also on race morning from 7am at Kate Kearney’s Cottage.
What are the race cutoff times?
The full marathon cutoff is at 1pm (5 hours). The 10 miler is at 11.30am (2.5hours).
Are the routes signposted/marshalled?
Yes there are signs all along the route with marshalls on the main junctions. Maps are available on the race page on the site.
Are there water stops?
On the marathon at approximately 10k, 20k and 30k. For the 10 mile at the turnaround point.
Are there prizes on the day?
Yes for top 3 male and female at each distance.
